  • Work with landlords on LOI, lease negotiations, and lease terms.

  • Looking for development deals, understanding the parameters of the deal to assist the client with a go/no go decision for lease or purchase.

  • Identify and negotiate legal expertise if required for land use and lease review.

  • Ensure that the site is compliant with state and local regulators.

  • Engage with an architect for early test fits to ensure that the site will be compliant.
